ROAD CONSTRUCTION UNDERWAY!The Township of Athens is reconstructing Wellington Street in front of the Medical Centre. While access to the parking lot will remain available, if you're coming to the clinic for an appointment please be cautious around heavy equipment and expect delays. Watch for the direction from construction crews on site when entering and exiting the parking lot. Patients who are able to do so are asked to please park farther away from the clinic. We appreciate your patience and understanding while this reconstruction project is happening over the next few weeks.WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!
In addition, we'd also like to hear from you if you've had a telephone appointment with one of our providers. Please find that survey, which takes just a few minutes to complete, here.

CHANGE TO OFFICE PROCEDURES
However, please understand that while the office is open, we continue to follow strict guidelines as required by public health to keep our staff and patients safe. This means everyone entering the clinic must wear a face mask, complete a COVID self screening form upon entering the clinic take it to reception and then maintain appropriate physical distancing in our waiting room.
To assist us in this transition phase, we ask patients to please not walk into the office without an appointment. CALL FIRST if you have questions, concerns about your health or wish to book an appointment.
For scheduled in-office appointments, please arrive on time. Come alone (one helper if needed) and do not bring children to your appointment if at all possible.
If you are experiencing even mild symptoms (fever, cough) please do not come to your appointment. Call our office so we can reschedule when you feel better.
