Book an appointment with a nurse to learn how to use a blood pressure cuff at home and follow up regularily to compare readings in office and monitor medication changes.

Regardless of whether it's heart disease or a minor/major stroke, the unanimous recommendation from medical professionals and specialists to enhance your outcomes and prolong your life is to quit smoking. We are here to help and have a full time smoking cessation counsellor on site to support your journey, all you need to do is make the call.
